Oak Project Management Ltd were pleased to have attended the Lean Construction Ireland annual conference at the later stages on 2022 with 10 of our staff. It was a great experience for all those who attended. Starting out in a new year, Oak Project Management team will build on our successful ISO audit incorporating its processes along with a Lean Construction habit in our day to day activities in the company.

The presentations and discussions at the event were informative and thought-provoking as you would expect from a community of learning and practice. It also provided an excellent opportunity to network with professionals in the construction industry following the previous years interruptions.

Since the event, Oak Project Management have been approached by LCI as an ‘Industry Leader and influencer in the international construction sector’ and will be honoured to join in their future presentations this year.

Congratulations to Trevor McSharry and the team on the delivery of the Lean Book of cases for 2022. Oak Project Management are excited to apply the knowledge and insights gained at the conference to our ongoing projects and look forward to participating in future events.
